May 18, 2020 Covid-19 Clinic Update

Dear Valued Patients,

We will be gradually opening our clinic starting this week. The health and safety of our patients and staff is still our first priority and we will be adhering to the recommended health and safety protocols while we begin to see patients for “in-office” treatments. Our clinic will be following the BC Centres for Disease Control Environmental Cleaning and Disinfectant procedures. We will be screening all patients before their appointments, health assessments will be done daily amongst our staff and practitioners, our staff will be conducting frequent hand washing/sanitizing and following social distancing protocols. As a precaution and out of consideration of our staff and patients, please DO NOT visit our clinic if you or anyone you have come in contact with has had ANY flu-symptoms or has returned from travelling in the past 14 days. For patients visiting our clinic, we encourage you to wear a mask if you have one available. All our practitioners and staff members will be wearing masks while assisting patients. Please respect and follow the social distance protocols while visiting our clinic by keeping a distance of 2 meters (6 feet) and waiting for your appointment at the designated spots in our waiting area. To minimize risks further, we ask that you come “on-time” for your appointment and not any earlier. If possible, please come to your appointments alone as well to reduce the amount of visitors in our clinic. We are also asking our patients to please refrain from using the washrooms in our building at this time. At this time, we will not be able to accept any Cash payments. We can accept Debit Card, MasterCard and Visa.
